James is the CEO and a co-founder of Onclave Networks, bringing over 30 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and software development. He has a deep technical background, having designed the Onclave Zero Trust Secure Communications platform, which integrates blockchain and cybersecurity innovations. James has authored three patents, including one on Dynamic Cipher Key Management, a core component of Onclave’s platform, and another on Blockchain Performance Enhancement.

Before co-founding Onclave in 2016, he co-founded Advanced Paradigms Inc. (API), a Microsoft Solution Provider that grew from four employees to over 280 in just four years, achieving national recognition before being acquired by Wang Global. James has extensive experience designing and deploying virtualized enterprise environments, as well as integrating large-scale software systems, including for high-profile clients like the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Courts.

A commercial pilot and flight instructor, James holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from San Jose State University and has pursued MBA studies at the University of Southern California.


John is the CGO and a co-founder of Onclave Networks, with over 30 years of experience in secure communications, network operations, cybersecurity, and business development. He was the Managing Partner of M2, which evolved into Onclave Networks.

Before M2, he co-founded XECOMM, an early cloud-based B2C sales management /CRM platform supporting newsletters, surveys, and drip campaigns. Over his professional life, he has performed roles in Executive Management, Fundraising, Business Development, Operations, and Training, with engagements spanning public and private global technology initiatives.

He has over 20 years of military experience in cryptology and special projects, holding a degree in business administration and other military and technology certificates.

Chris is Vice President of Operations and a co-founder at Onclave Networks. Since the company’s inception in 2016, Chris has been integral to its growth and success, serving as the first full-time employee. In his role, he oversees day-to-day operations, manages the company’s IT needs, and is actively involved in pre-sales, post-sales, and engineering. Chris also plays a key role in the development and support of Onclave’s flagship product, the TrustedPlatform®.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience in IT and network engineering to his role. Prior to joining Onclave Networks, he gained extensive experience across various industries. He worked in the finance industry for two years in IT, spent three years as an IT manager in the wine and spirits industry, and served in the non-profit sector for nine years, progressing from IT manager to director of IT. Additionally, Chris has experience as an independent contractor specializing in home automation and high-end audio/video sales, support, and installation.

With passions for the outdoors, home automation, lighting, and woodworking, Chris brings a unique blend of technical expertise and personal interests to his work, driving innovation and excellence at Onclave Networks.


Since 2017, Christina has served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Onclave Networks, Inc., playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. Her extensive expertise in network engineering, communications, and security has been fundamental in the design, development, and deployment of Onclave’s flagship product, the TrustedPlatform®. Christina collaborates closely with high-profile clients such as VIPC, ESTCP, the USAF, and others, spearheading research and development, as well as test and evaluation initiatives related to pre- and post-sales engineering efforts. Her keen security analyses of client environments ensure robust and reliable implementations, where she serves as the primary contact for projects in Guam, Coronado CA, Portland, OR, NOVA, and others.

Prior to her tenure at Onclave Networks, Christina amassed a diverse range of experience across the technology sector. She has held significant roles with the United States District Court, Nortel Networks, Immigration and Naturalization Service, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Treasury Department, and FEMA. Her versatile IT expertise extends to both non-profit and for-profit organizations, encompassing areas such as housing, urban redevelopment, user experience, hosting providers, and serving as a virtual IT Director.

In addition to her technical and strategic leadership, Christina possesses executive management experience from running an IT Management business prior to joining Onclave Networks. She holds an undergraduate degree and a masters degree from the University of Maryland. Demonstrating her commitment to cybersecurity excellence, Christina has led Onclave’s teams in defending the Onclave Flag during prestigious “Capture the Flag” events, including DefCon 26 in 2018 and Hack the Capitol 2021 held virtually through the CyberBytes Foundation.


Conor is a Lead Developer and Designer at Onclave Networks. After joining the company in 2019, he has led the effort to design and create the Onclave Blockchain. In his development efforts he has integrated automated builds, testing, and deployment into Onclave’s cybersecurity platform, the TrustedPlatform®. During his design work for the Onclave Blockchain and the TrustedPlatform®, he has been credited on two patents in blockchain technologies. Currently Conor works as the Development and Design lead for the TrustedPlatform software development.


Tuan is the Vice President of Quality at Onclave Networks.  He started his journey with the company in 2021 as a Quality Assurance Lead, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to successfully deliver complex products and services on time and within scope to customers in public and private sectors.

At Onclave Networks, Tuan oversees the quality strategy, development, execution, and delivery of the TrustedPlatform to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.  His responsibilities span across software development, testing, continuous integration, and cross-functional collaboration with a strong emphasis on driving quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Tuan holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Maryland at College Park and an MS in Information and Telecommunication Systems from the Johns Hopkins University.
